Delay in Delivery

I ordered my DELL laptop on 21st August. They said that it will be delivered latest by 7th September. I am constantly in touch with dell team through e-mail but they are not providing any satisfactoy answer. Many times they don't even reply. I have still not received my laptop neither dell's reply about the expected date of delivery.
