Don't get recieve a hardcopy of extended warranty period

Sir i had buy a hp pavillion g6 series notebook and instantally i had extented my warranty period upto 2 years

buy paying a amount Rs.1100/-.

but untill i don't get any invoice hardcopy of my warranty period which i had extended additionally...

I sent a full documents in the followiong address
