Above mentioned are the details which i had got when my laptop was ordered online to compuindia.com in my presence from Dell Exclusive Store, whose address

is provided below.

I had received a mail dated 20th Nov 5:13 PM from compuindia.com confirming my purchase of laptop with order number 100004032.

1. Registration are available on WWW.DELL.CO.IN but dell exculsive store employee (Mr Amit, phone number 9013448623) told dell india stop this service for

dell.co.in it can register from compuindia.com

2. I had received a mail dated 20th Nov 5:13 PM from compuindia.com confirming my purchase of laptop with order number *********2.

Later on when i did not received my laptop after three working days i contacted dell store where i was told that it was under processing and it will be

delivered to me very soon.

After several attempt to make contact to Dell Exclusive Store, Nehru on 24th Nov i was told that my order number *********2 has been cancelled as

the order number was not having an invoice number.

I was later issued new purchase order number: *********3 details of which are as following:

Purchase order number: *********2

Invoice Number :- **********

I have not received an email confirming new purchase order even till date although I had requested them send me the confirmatory email of the same.

I would like to know why my purchase order number was changed and who is to be held responsible for it.

3. Dealer told my order number is :-*********3 but when i receive dell laptop. order number on laptop cover is *********41.

4. My laptop is register on Dealer name.(When i contacted Dell Service Centre (phone number: 18004254051) regarding the spot i was asked for Service TAG

number and when i provided them the number i was told that the supplied TAG number belonged to a laptop which was purchased by someone else (i.e. i am not

the owner of the laptop) and i have been told that the laptop was purchased 135 days ago.)

5. When i started my laptop it is having a white spot on the screen.

6. The model supplied to me is having an opening near Right Side Speaker which means the laptop has been tempered earlier.

7. 18-october expire date of dell on site warranty But by laptop is deliver on 26-Nov (information gather from dell service center)

8. Dell provide replace whole dell laptop in 90 day if u have any issue in dell laptop (but irresponsibilty of dell Exclusive store sale 135 days old Laptop.

so i can not get this benift).
