I placed an order for Kaspersky Mobile Security on 09 Nov and paid in full, but I received the wrong product. The same day itself I contacted the customer support of IndiaTimes Shopping (13 Nov) and asked for a refund or replacement. Still no response. They are acting like some scam company. Please help.
