I had bought Micromax Funbook tablet on 24th September.
On the very first day I realized that I'm going to suffer due to trusting the brand 'Micromax'.
On the very first day the tablet suddenly shutdown while 40% battery was still remaining.
So I called the dealer after a week and he asked me to bring the tablet to his shop.
I did the same and he said he will test the tablet for one day and if problem occurs, will send this tablet to service center.
That day he also observed the same problem in the tablet. (Suddenly shuts down)
On 4th October I handed over my tablet to the dealer.
The next day he told me that he has sent the tablet to service center and it will be repaired in a day or two.
This was the actual start of my sufferings. :(
The service center guys kept the tablet with them for a whole month and then sent it back to the dealer.
The dealer called me so that I can check whether it is repaired or not.
To my surprise, the tablet now wasn't shutting down automatically.
But guess what they repaired one problem and 'created' another.
This time the screen was showing prominent ripples at various places on the tablet's screen.
I showed this thing to the dealer and he said he can again send the tablet to service center.
But after going through the sufferings of service center, I decided not to send it to service center.
I thought I can live with it but in just couple of days, the ripples were getting more and more prominent.
So I again went to the dealer on 16 December and asked him to send the tablet to service center.
He sent it back to service center on the very next day.
Today is 10th January i.e. 25th day and guess what, I haven't received my tablet yet.
So the summary is that My tablet is living it's life only in service center and not in my home or my hands.
Thanks to Micromax and it's service center.
I must say one thing here that the dealer remain very co-operative throughout this process.
So guys, please pray for my tablet and for me as well. (I'm about to go in deep depression because I'm going through this Chakravyuha of Micromax.) :(
