Faulty Wireless optical Mouse

I have purchased a Wireless optical Mouse from Eastern Logica Chandni Kolkata on 10.11.2012. Within a month it stopped working. When i took it to service center he gave me a old 2010 mouse as replacement with scratch all around.

Today i again called service center 033- 31927130 him and asked him to give a new mouse as replacement to which he refused.

Is is not a cheating why should i take a old mouse as replacement I purchased for 450 RS. Kindly give me my money back I don't want any Zebronics product. Worst service
