Hi, I brought Mulimedia from Relaince Digital, I went back in the store after one week due to it has techanical problems, When I have explain to the customer care but nobody want to listen seriouslly!! even the customer care Manager also taking very easy, I don't what's the role of the Customer care in that shop!!! This is very bad, I want to escalate this with top management, hope they can take some action!!! If anbody has the contact details of the managment, pls. reply me.
