I got a recharge of Rs.251 for internet recharge on my mobile No.8802022989 from a retailer at I.T.O. Aircel gave a message that the same is under process but further there is no confirmation to the effect of transfer of value for internet usage. I worked a little on internet and it showed "subscribe to pocket data first".
