No connection given no refund off deposit

Dear sir/ Madam

Sir my name is senthil i took air tel connection before one month they got the deposit off Rs:4000 from me still now i dint get the connection and if i ake the deposit money. The way off feed back is not good they are not picking the call . i want my deposit money off Rs:4000 connection charge of Rs:500 . kindly help me out.
