Dear sir,
I had made a disconnetion request of the airtel broadband connection No.14223155 on 4.12.2009 vide registration No.289206 with the Airtel Retension Deptt.as I inted to go abroad. Since then the line has been disconnected. Accordingly I had paid the last bill dt.19.12.2009 for Rs.546-as full and final payment as per the agreed scheme.
However to my surprise I have just received another bill dt.19.1.2010 asking for payment for further period which is wrong and totally disagree.
Therefore I would request you to take up the matter with concerned person and stop sending the wrong bills and disconnect the line forever.
