I recently got my airtel broadband connection and they activated on 16th july.. but the activation process is not complete and i am not able to access my net.. because there is a connection error (DSL is down through out the day).. and i have not made use of net a single day.. i have complained many times to customer care.. but they are not helping me in this issue.. so i have strongly decided to disconnect AIRTEL BROADBAND immediately... and i am responsible for my first month bill.. because i have not made any use of it...
