Dear Sir/Madam,

I had taken airtel broadband connection. I had delayed one month payment, I had told them I will make the payment the next month. However, they had disconnected the connection temporaily. Even after disconnecting the connection they had given the bill for the month which I had not used. I paid the bill even if i had not used the connection. They called me after making the payment and I requested them to disconnect the connection but they requested me to continue the connection providing a cheaper plan and 20% discount on the plan. I requested them to send the plan details they are providing through e-mail but they did not do it. They activated it just for 2-3 days and after that the land line phone connection was dead. I had given a complaint also. But Airtel people did not rectify it. The broad connection also got disconnect after 5 days. Even after disconnecting they are sending me the postpaid bill and calling me again and again to make the payment.

Kindly request you to take the action and request them to disconnect the connection.

I'm not making the payment anymore and i'm unhappy with the service they provided.
