HP Pavilion dv5200TX
Non-delivery of IPod as promised by HP

I bought an HP Pavilion dv5200TX laptop from NOIDA on 31st of Aug after confirming from HP website and Solutions Integrated, Nehru Place, ND that an IPod shuffle was being offered as a free gift to students and BPO employees.

I submitted a DD of Rs 500 and all the documents reqd including my Medical College ID card in person at the Nehru Place Office viz Solutions Integrated Pvt Ltd.(c/o Ms Gurnaaz Kaur). I sent many mails to them quoting the redemption code but neither did I receive any reply nor IPod. Its surprising that a reputed company like HP is playing such tricks with its loyal customers to increase its sales.

My redemption code is 6V88SC870C.

I therefore request HP customer care to address the issue ASAP.
