I have purchased dv pavilion 9601 in January 08. It was assured to give a free tuner card with this laptop. I send a DD of 1000 Rs. as postal charges. But I have not received any information regarding the same. I am very frustrated with their behavior and think to go to consumer court. I am gonna sue this HP (Highly Problematic) company.
