HP Service Group / Compaq Presario 2000
Battery problem

My self Dr. Anuj Garg and this mail is regarding complaint against HP service group in Delhi:-

I bought laptop Compaq Presario VED127PA in Feb serial no CNF5461RY2 in Feb

Now i am getting problem in battery backup and regarding this problem i deposit my laptop on 23 Nov at HP service center Hewlett-Packard India Pvt. Ltd 24-30, Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III

Having complaint no 2210508202, but i received this back by saying that battery is calibrated and now there will be no problem, but i faced the same problem about battery so i again deposit in service center on date 12 DEC having complaint no 2211122528, but as the same first time - service center returned me (on 15-12) my machine by saying that it was calibrated and now further there will be no problem in future-this time i talked with Mr Jagdeep who is employee of HP having contact no 9899736504. He assured me that this time there will be no problem regarding battery backup, but now on the same day i checked at home and find the same back-up, it was between 1hr-1hr10 min. as the same. Note- Laptop is under warranty period.

Everyone, beware of Compaq products!
