Sub. : Free Gift of Kodak 9.2 Mega Pixel Digital Camera on Laptop
I am a small reseller of computer, laptop & its parts based at Ahmedabad, Gujarat under the company name FLEXSYS INFOTECH, dealing in Branded & Assembled Computers, Laptops & Its Parts. I am selling this computers/laptops to End users only Mostly in a small town called Dholka. I have purchased 4 Compaq Presario Laptops during 01/01 to 28/02 from AEGIS INFOWARE, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad under prevailing scheme of Free Kodak 9.2 Mega Pixel Camera, details of which are as under :

I have sold the above referred laptops to different end user customers committing them Compaq Scheme of Free Kodak 9.2 Digital Camera.
I have purchased this laptop during the scheme period (As I understand you got the latest Online track of day to day partywise sales). As the scheme of Free Digital camera was firstly upto 31st January. After purchasing laptop from a genuine Compaq dealer I tried to get redemption code online from 21st January but fail to do so as the site of online redemption was close. I talked to my dealer M/s. Aegis Infoware, Ahmedabad that I am facing problem in registering this product online. They told me that this is company’s direct scheme so you please registered it and do it directly online. I tried do so, so many times, daily & constantly but was unable to get that online redemption code from the site. Once again I went to people of Aegis Infoware and told about my problem they told me to contact concerned person from the Compaq company, Ahmedabad i.e. Mr. Anshuma to get help in the matter. I talked to Mr. Ansuman on Phone and describe my problem Mr. Anshuman told that this is the problem of hp/Compaq company site and the scheme of free camera will be extended.
By the GRACE OF GOD & MY GOOD FORTUNE the scheme was extended but this time also I was facing the same problem. I tried to get online redemption code so many time a day, almost a whole day but I was unable to get the redemption code whenever I asked concerned local person from the Compaq company they told that there is a problem in site and the scheme will be extended. Same time I also did not get Company helpline no. of Delhi 011 – 41306700. This no. of company every time goes on answering machine I put a message on answering machine but the people from helpline no. never revert back to me. This happened so many times upto 28th February. That day I told Mr. Anshuman on phone about the last day of scheme he replied that this is last date of scheme but scheme will be extended or else you can redeem upto 7th March. I tried to registered my claim but as usual I was unable to do so and at the same time I was not getting helpline telephone No. Obvisious and needless to tell that I never get reverse call from helpline no on leaving the message.
During this period it became my duty or job to get registration code or make a phone call to the concerned person. The registration and scheme got extended so many time due to problem in the site or any other reason.
But this time By the GRACE OF HP/COMPANQ COMPANY and to My BAD FORTUNE the scheme was not extended and luckily & surprisingly I got connected at Helpline No. on 10/03 (obviously after getting scheme closed) I told to the tele caller about my problem she replied that scheme is close. I describe my problem and asked her to talk to senior official of the company and told her about the circumstances in which I was not able to registered the claim. But she says that the scheme is closed and she is not able to help me. I constantly asked her to please convey my message to the scheme incharge or concerned person but she did not transfer phone line to anybody.
Then once again I talked to Mr. Anshuman about my problem he replied that I am transfer to different department of the company I may call on the office and talk to Ms. Sona Panchal. but Ms. Panchal was not able to Give me answer and she give me No. of Person Incharge Mr. Ashish. Describing all my problems and situation Mr. Ashish told me that he will not able to help me as the scheme is looked after by any third party Called integrated solutions in Delhi.
I was very depressed after getting answers from the officials of the company as My situation was very DANGEROUS as I have committed as per the company’s Policy a free digital camera to my customers. Now my credit goes DOWN and DOWN and my Blood Pressure Got UP and UP as customers daily enquire to me about the Camera. My situation became really BAD and Unavoidable and the same time I am loosing my credibility and business.
I request your goodselves to kindly look into the matter as I am a Reseller of Compaq Company only and My customers are also of Compaq Company’s customers so they are also your customer and from hp/Compaq family.
So sirs, please please please look into the matter and Give RIGHT of customer and Give them what they DESERVE from the Company as I understand you must get tracking of data everyday and technically that free Gift is meant for those customers only whom I have sold the laptop. Please be sympathitical and overlook what ever problem and mistakes as it is not from the real end user customers of Compaq.
Please look this matter sympathetically, hoping, looking and awaiting positive reply as my future and my future business depends on this.
Advise me what to do for this Gift of Camera and oblige.
