Different plan activated

Hello,

I had Reliance with xyz number, then one dealer offer me to change service provider with lower outgoing rate (M2M 25p/m for one year).

I change my service provider but scheme is (A2A 10p/m and A2Other mobile 25p/m for 3 month)

I talk with Airtel customer executive but he replied there is no any kind of offer.

Also talk with Supervisor but same reply.

I frequently visit dealer shop who offer me this scheme and each time he reply me it will done on next week, after 2 day, and so on...
