Gas refilling booked 09-05 but they told not booked

I am Rajasekharan Nair, Veloorethu Karuna Three, Thadiyoor-689545,

I want to compalint about Arjun Gas Agency, Keezhukara. My customer number is AG-1273.

i had booked my refilling of gas in (ivrs) automatic telephone booking number 0484-2359992 in 09-05 and it was booked and booking number is 1. I called the office number and its always buzy. I went directly 25-05 with my empty cylinder by a taxi. the office is 8 kms far from my home. they told me that its was not booked with automatic telephone booking. you call our office number and booked. they write in my book 25-05 booking number is 5941, and you get reffiled cylinder after 3 weeks. please take necessary step to stop negligence to customers. and stop using of number 0484-2359992 the company cheated the customers with automatic booking number.my taxi fare is about Rs.200.
