My HP Consumer no is 602072. Since the time we got linked with Aryaveer Gas Agency, who is Agent of HP Gas at Sohna Road, Gurgaon we are facing various below mentioned issues:
1. No one picks up phone - numbers are 0124 - 4111661 & 0124 - 4111169
2. One has to physically go and book the cylinder.
3. Despite of going physically and getting cylinder booked there is no guarantee that cylinder would be delivered.
4. Only one person sits in office who keeps on taking booking of walk in in customers and there is no one present to attend phone.
5. Phone numbers of Aryaveer were not registered with HP helpline hence booking couldn't be made through this route also.
6. Post booking through HP online also Aryaveer doesn’t react,
7. There is no provision in site and helpline nos of HP to lodge any complaint or speak to anyone.
8. This is happening since last 6 months and Aryaveer people are shameless and least bothered to rectify, Booking Gas has become a nightmare.
