Raissing of bill with doing the white wash jo

Dear Sir / madum,

I am residing at Ashiana Gardens, Bhiwadi from last 5 years. In the bigning the house kipping, security, swimming pool & the maintainance part was very good.

As the time passes the services become poor & poor. Now these days they produce the wrong bill with out providing the services (Outer White Wash) of the premises & in case not submission of the produced wrong bill they apply the intrest also. Kindly do the need full & rectify the problum.
