Auqa Pure plus
RO not working properly

Hi,

I have purchased the Aqua Pure plus RO water purifier (Kent model) on September. I have raised nearly 10 complaints, there are not rectifying my complaints. I requested them to replace a new machine, but they took my machine and again given the same machine with same defects. I am keep on calling to the customer but no response from them.
