We have one LPG connection in the name of CHANDER BHAN at our residence QU-25 C, Pitam pura, Delhi-110034.Today morning, we had to change our log cylinder and while doing so we noticed a leakage of gas from the cylinder.immediately we registered a complaint with the emergency wing, that is, puneet gas agency, sector 16, rohini, Delhi.this was at 7 am.at 10am I visited Avatar gas agency, AL market, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi..they gave me assurance that the mechanic would be visiting us in 1 hour..and the mechanic told me that he attends to the complaints by a bicycle.it is 2 pm.and we still are waiting for the mechanic.the state pof affairs is pathetic. We can not get through the ph numbers of avatar gas agency ..we have dialed it for about 100 times... where does the meaning of emergency lie?
