Inadequate frequency of Buses on the route 462

There is shortage of buses on the route no.462 to vaishali Nagar. It is observed that every day in the evening after 1830 hrs the buses frequency is irregular. Some times two buses are left together thus passenger are facing very difficult time in standing in que for lomg time. There are unnecessary arguement with bus conductor who is not responsible for controlling of the buses. There is written complaint register with Borivali control office. Also I have call to Magathane BEST officers for increasing of the bus frequency. There is no response from Magathane BUs Depot Officer inspite of follow up. I wanted the matter to be reported to The Chairmen and Managingf director, same being reported through you. It is requested that the case may be taken with BEST head Office.
