We had booked for refill of domestic LPG from Bharat Gas through the agency Hindustan Gas Agency, Adyar, Chennai about six months back (booking reference number:16669514) and later again on 13 JUNE (booking reference number:22442664). Inspite of repeated attempts at booking we did not receive any response from the mentioned gas agency regarding our LPG refill. We have also booked a complaint in Bharat Gas' online portal regarding the incident (complaint reference:199158)
