Inordinate delay in supply of refill

M/s Basaveshwara Gas agency Yelahanka has been habituated to delayed delivery/supply refill against my bookings and thereby causing inconvenience and also not responding to our calls. This month we have booked refill on 27th April vide reference number 20828513 and yet the supply is not effected. Last month also he took one month and 5 days to deliver the refill from the date of booking and that too after lodging complaint with you. Therefore please advise the dealer to provide the refills on time.
