I had booked fro refilling of LPG Gas Cylinder on 31.10.2010 vide booking No.12011 but still date (i.e.02.01.2011) they have failed to supply the cylinder ever after several reminders on telephone as well as physically. I feel, they dont bother about the customer services. My Consumer No. is 018996 and the Agency name is Abhinav Gas Servises, A/9 Bajrang Complex Telipara Bilaspur (C.G.) Code no. 351877.
In this situtation i request you either arrange to supply the cylinder or issue certificate that Bharat Gas is unable to supply gas cylinder so that I can apply for new connection to other LPG Gas Company.
