This is in regard to my Bharat Gas connection consumer no.311302. I made a request for cylinder refill on 10 Sep 2010 Till date i have not received the cylinder.
I call this agency several time but on phone no 25810011/25827264 which were not answered. I was told there is some strike going on in the factory and by the transport Matadi union due to which the delivery is getting delayed. as i have only one cylinder, i really frustrated with this service. I search on net and all the available news channels/newspaper but could not see any news related to the so called strike in Bharat Gas. When i visted this agency i had seen many people compalining about the same.
Please help me in adressing the same to the concerned department in Bharat Gas. I want to know is it a genuine problem with BHARAT GAS or the Gas Agent is bluffing us.
