Hi,
My consumer no is 143338. I had booked a gas cylinder on 06 Sept and I have yet not received the cylinder. I have been following up on this since 1 week and all I have got, is just assurances from the customer service department.
Yesterday, when I called the customer service, they mentioned that the status of my LPG cylinder is delivered. However, I have yet not received the cylinder. This is not the first time such a thing has happened to me or my neighbours. We are experiencing this problem since last 3 months.
Our service provider is "Dev Mogra Gas Service, MIra Road, A/C no 371767-112266"
