I have booked a gas cylinder (bharat gas) on the 16th of November. I have been booking gas online for the past few month because of the pathetic service provided by Rangrai agencies, jogeshwari west. Half their phone numbers are always busy, the remaining are not picked up, or the call is picked up and disconnected. Why are they harassing customers this way?? Their executive promised delivery of gas on 26th November...
