Pathetic service from distributo

I hereby regret to inform you that, the distibutor (Anita gas Agency) at Virar is so pathetic in rendering any lpg gas services. This is the 2 nd or 3 rd time i am lodging a complaint for the same... There is only one distributor available in entire virar, coz of that many of the customers are frustrated of the service given by anita gas. They do not entertain query of the customer. request you.. please look into this matter and arrange for one or two more distributor.. or we do not have any other option to loadge a complaint against you in Consumer court.. I hope we will get a positive action in this regard...
