Delaying in issuing DBC

I am very much regret to write that I have requested the distributor M/s. Virahi Gas Service, Udaipur for allotment of DBC (LPG Cylinder) against my Consumer No. 3318 in several times but neither I have been issued DBC nor refused & every time they are extending the time i.e like a recorded message due to the shortage of cylinder we are unable to provide the same & you may call next month etc.. Please note that I was allotted the above connection in the year 2007 (11.06.2007) and since then I am requesting for DBC. I have sent sever letters & reminders to distributor & sales officer Mr. Chetan Goswami, BPCL, Udaipur also but he also in same tune.

As you know that in a single Cylinder it is insufficient to fulfil my domestic fuel requirement for a month, as it lasted merely in 20-25 days. After booking of cylinder even after 30-40 days filled cylinder is not being delivered to me and I am suffering a lot for want of domestic fuel. You are once again requested to please look into the matter and take necessary action as per your level.
