Not delivered even after two weeks of booking

I have gas connection (cylinder) of bharat gas, ahmedabad from shivam gas agency, chandlodiya. my service number is 16721 .

I have registered my booking for gas cylinder before two weeks but yet agency has not delivered me the cylinder.

very bad service of bharat gas!! shame on indian services!!
