Bharat gas cylinder for home cooking
Bharat gas cylinder is not properly delivered even after 15 days of booking and repeated reminders

Hi,

I have Bharat gas connection for home cooking. There is only one supplier in Hosakote, Bangalore who supplies the cylinders on booking. The cylinders are booked in advance, but everytime the vendor is not delivering on time. No one attends the phone # provided for booking, also we need to followup everytime for getting the cylinder delivered. The service is highly disgusting and not at all customer oriented.

The vendor also charges for delivery. I am not sure whether this is mandatory from Bharat gas agency rules. Kindly help.
