I am a consumer of Bharat Petroleum domestic gas cylinder and my requirements are catered by their agents Ms. Golden GasService, 255 Avanashi Road, B.R. Puram, Peelamedu, Coimbatore 641004 (phone No: 2573366/2573266) I had booked for a cylinder on the 17the September and my booking number is 19444. In spite of having booked the cylinder one and half months ago, I am yet to receive the refilled cylinder. I had went personally to the service centre several times and had requested them to deliver the cylinder but my efforts were vain. Invariably you will not be able to get any of the telephone lines of the above Golden Gas Service and any request to them is a mere waste of time. Hence this complaint.
