No action against complain no.2546 & 2999

Hi,

I Shekhar Sinha, residing 20, pocket-9, DDA flats Nasirpur, Dwarka, ND-110075. I have lodged a complain regarding Non power supplyyesterdayat 4.48pm. The complain no. is 2546.But there was no response. Again I have called the customer care exec.at 7.21pm. The comp. no. is 2999.But again no response was intimated. Third time I again called at 8.13pm. But even after repeated notification no action was taken., due to non power supply in whole night my wife and 5 years old daughter was got mentally tension and my personal life is abnormal.
