My CRN no is 2550057120. From the last 2 bills I am getting provisional bills for the electricity. When I logged the complaint for the first time with BSES they informed me that the issue will be resolved and I will get the actual bill soon. They also mentioned that I should wait for the actual bill to make any payment and they assured me that there will be no late payment charges in my new bill. But to my surprise I never got the actual bill and my complaint was marked as resolved. And now they have generated a new bill, provisional again with the late payment charges for the previous bill as well.
