We have booked 2 nos docket vide c/no 211163254 dt 6th july and another c/no-211163424 from patna to asansol on urgent basis.can u tell me how many it will take time despatch from patna to asansol? and how can u booked such consignment what u r unable to deliver in stipulated time.also the contact no shown in your web site is totally wrong and your CSD is worh of of wrost.they have no idea how to talk with the customer and how to conveience them .it is much expected such a educated lady seat on that chair. Really I am socked about the hole system of yours ans such a renouned concern? try to improve it & deliver the said c/n today itself at any cost, otherwise u must pay the penalty.
