Abnormal delay in LPG supplies

I am a LPG Indane customer with SK Gas Agency, Ranchi Jharkhand. and my consumer Number is 19743. I have booked for a refile one and half month before. But, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.

Followed by reminder again and again the agency didn't gave any reply or response.

Is anyone in the company to look after my problem?
