I have been getting improper bills from the day I have got my landline connection at my residence since January.
With no proper or absoulte no help from the staff at the Ambernath Telephone exchange I am really confused & disturbed, how can an organisation employ such ridiculous staff at a Government owned organisation, they have no sense of billing, they have no reply to your queries, they have no timing of their job and most of all they are not qualified to hold such positions wherein they are not able to give the customer service.
