I booked a document for delivery at Kolkata on the 21st April in early afternoon with an agent of Overnite Express [DL 11602, who are not at fault] in CR Park, New Delhi vide Consignment Note No. 301497294. From 21st morning around 9.37 AM, the website of the premier courier company has been returning the same/standardised output in respect of the subject delivery (repeated at about 10 pm on the 22nd, and again at about 8.08 AM on the 23rd as well duly (and intimated to the co.’s Delhi and Kolkata offices by unresponded emails) as under:
“In-Transit: Out For Delivery at KOLKATA On Thursday, April 22/“In-Transit: Out For Delivery at KOLKATA On Thursday, April 22”.
