Complaint against BSNL (prepaid) services

Dear Sir/Madam,

The undersigned is a BSNL prepaid mobile No.9438678301 user and got lost so much money by deducting amount from my available balance in my account, inspite of so many requestsmade to the customer service executives. On 25.01. they have deducted Rs.30/- from my account and made the available balance to zeroand made me not to contact any person from my family leading to lot of upset and tensions in my life. Kindly enquire and punish the illegal service providers and make them to send my account balance please.
