Cheating in AMC of Aquqgard

Dear Sir,

I, Kaberi Ghosh had purchased an aqua guard of your company and this is well maintained by AMC. But last year we have shifted our residence for which this was not put under AMC (renewal) for few months. Now we have given a call to your service man (KANCHAN DAS 033-24163356). He has sent Mr. Rahim Mandal (ph. 9748102319) for this renewal of AMC.He has taken Rs. 1550/ for this renewal of AMC. Is this amount required for AMC or they have cheated us? Please enquire the matter and reply.
