HP Gas serveice is a curse to the consumers. This is really frustrating. They should be penalised for their black marketting which causes severe problem to the HP gas consumers. The concern dept should take strong action on the distributors. I have "TWIN CITY GAS COMPANY" connection and they dont have any concern about their customers. Its goin to be 11 days i have booked for gas but no response. When called the phone rings rings and rings for ever, no one is there to respond to the customer call. My consumer number is 523982 (Sunil k Choudhury-West Maredpally). I request to the concerned dept to do the needful.
