M/S Caravan Packers and Movers are the biggest CHEATERS and the most unprofessional company. While moving from Pune to Hyderabad (Consignment No 00419), they have completely broken my wardrobe and fridge - completely damaged. How is that possible - they banged their truck against a tree!!!
So much so - I have insurance against them, its has been 4 months of following up with these CHEATERS, all they have to say is call up Delhi Office, where they say call up Pune Office - absolutely horrible service. Still after 4 months I HAVE NOT got my insurance amount - not sure if they haven't even processed my claim.
I have interacted with Jatin Kapoor and John Matthew from Delhi office - most unprofessional people - I have no words to describe these buggers - they are simply pathetic!!
Whatever you do DON'T ever go to Caravan packers & Movers - this company recruits only thieves!!
