No Service, Are Frauds, DIDNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE
I have took a 24 HOUR ON ROAD CAR ASSISTANCE service from SPEED CAR HELPLINE with MEMBERSHIP # NS - 41306, which provides on road car repair service in Delhi and NCR.
On date 10/01, I am going with my family to CP for attending the annual function of my child. I filled petrol at IOC Petrol Pump Seelampur., I start to move out My car was not getting started I called Speed helpline at 2:15 PM. They assured me with in 30 mins, a mechanic will be attending my car but after 30 mins I call again and get the same reply that with in 30 mins, a mechanic will reach there. After an hour I took the auto to attend the function of my child and reached Mukt Dhara Auditorium, CP and I returned there at around 9.00 PM and I again called speed helpline they assured me with in 30 mins, a mechanic will reach there i made around 5-6 calls. But any of their mechanic came to repair my car. Instead they kept on lying that their mechanic has already left and will reach to the spot soon. I waited for hours and after that I had to drag my car to the nearest Welcome Metro Station Parking myself.
KINDLY TAKE THE ACTION againt this Fraudulant Company. And do the Needful.
