Myself Sundaramurthy. T from 32, Roy Nagar, Pooniammanmedu, Kolathur Chennai 110 . We did the anti water leak terrace cool coating with Cipla company recently (1 month before) & we have paid Rs 90, 000 for this, also we have provided the cement & sand from our side. Our Building is very new. During this recent rain for last 2 weeks we find dampness in the terrace which is visible clearly. We have been calling cipla & we have been routed to service team. When we called them 10 days before, they promised to attend to the same by last Wednesday & then said by Saturday & no one turned up till date.
Cipla have given us a warranty certificate for a period of 20 years & its unfortunate to say that the dampness is showing within 20 days after cipla finished your job. We did not expect this from Cipla.
As promised in the certificate provided by Cipla that the service call shall be attended within 7 days from date of call, but till date no response.
