Unavailability of additional Cylinde

Dear Sirs,

I got LPG connection with customer No OG.17039 on 20.10.2000 from M/s Orient Gas Agency, Market Junction, Kottarakara. At that time only one cylinder was delivered and I booked for the Second Cylinder. No reply was given to me for years and they finallytransfer my connection to Kamala Indane Services, Cinema parampu, Sasathamcttah due to area reallocation with new customer no 8896 vide thier letter dated 20.03.2006.

I again booked for the second cylinder with the new distributer on 25.10.2006 (waiting list no.667) and waiting for the additional cylinder

Please do the needful to deliver me the additional cylinder at the earliest.
