Adapter got damage twice in four months

I bought my Eureka Forbes RO water purifier almost 4 months back. It had a fault after 2months, which I reported and they had replaced my machine. Againg it had same problem (adapter) and its almost 10 days no that it has not been rectified. I had booked my complaint and came to no that the company is out of stock for the above mentioned part.three days back a a man came to fix the machine and was putting a adapter which was old when i refused him not to put used part he advised me that we always replace damage part with a used part. When i spoke to some one in the service centre they confirmed me that my machine will be rectified in a day or so but till now the issue has not been solved and when evere i call the service centre either they disconnect my phone after hearing my name or they simply say that there is no one in the office. Till today no one came at our place to do any service for the machine. I also get promise person will come in 2 hours but it never happens, I paying huge amount of telephone bills only for following my complaint. Pls advise how i proceed. My mobile no is 9810220671
