I am a indane customer with ID #22356 and having booked my refill cylinder in third week 0f May'08 and delivery was to have been recd before end of May'08 on checking for dely fresh regn had been again taken on 30-5-08 and delivery was to have effected on 1-6-08 delivery person had come to the premises and had gone undelivered and on chasing again in person on the delay by the distributor office had assured will be delivered on 4-6-08, did not know all this was to bill the customer on the revised price instead of the old price if had delivered promptly in time.
IT IS DISGUSTING TO UNDERSTAND THE INTENTION TO TAKE THE CUSTOMER ON A RIDE WHICH HE HAS TO GULP WITH HELPLESSNESS. BEING ENFORCED ON - WHAT IS THE CHECK ON SUCH EXCESSIVE ACTS AND WHAT IS THE MEANING OF SUCH SLOGANS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BEST AND ACHIEVING AWARDS AT FORUMS WHEN SUCH INCIDENTS MAKE US PONDER WHETHER TO LAUGH OR CRY ON SUCH HUMILIATION! FEEL, IOC OFFICIALS SHOULD TAKE SERIOUS NOTE ON CUSTOMERS LOSING TRUST IN THE FAIR SYSTEM OF DISTRIBUTION WHICH HAS SUCH REPERCUSSIONS.
CUSTOMER IS NEVER A KING BUT A SLAVE IS PROVED IN SUCH INSTANCES.
