I have purchased Crystal Electronic Gas Lighter from Reliance Fresh Stores, Suryaraopet Vijayawada 520002 in the month of July at a cost of Rs 140/- which has 1 year Warranty Card duly branding the Stores Stamp. Now, the Lighter is not working, when I approached the Reliance Store Branch, the Dealer is refusing the replacement / repair the item
